Union Has a Great History!
Brother Dick Bradberry dropped by the union's newspaper office,
which is up the steep stairs in the union hall, on August 30, 2004. Bradberry
built those stairs in 1985, and he had no trouble climbing them then. Upstairs,
much of Bradberry's historical labors remain.

There are tapes and films of union meetings and developments
in the UAW international. Some of them, collected by Bradberry, show the union's
history going back to its origin in 1935. Some of the videos were filmed by
Bradberry in the period that began with our great struggle against LTV's takeaways
in 1984-85. During that time, Bradberry was one of sixty-five union members
fired for standing up to save our union.
